Hi, thank you for visiting.

I am currently a Cyber Security Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). I bring to the role a strong technical background, developed through my career in Ireland, Japan and the UK in Audio Visual Technology Engineering.

Before joining HPE, I worked as an Audio-Visual Engineer in Galway, Tokyo, and Manchester. I have a First-Class Honours Degree in Audio Technology from Leeds Beckett University.

  • 2023- Present : HPE, IE - Junior Cybersecurity Analyst As a member of the Cybersecurity Career Reboot Programme, I am currently undertaking projects in SIEM integration and work as a SOC analyst.
  • 2022- 2023 : HAS Integration, IE - Audio Visual Engineer I was responsible for implementing the installation and maintenance of commercial and residential AV, unified communications, and control systems.
  • 2021 - 2022 : Morgan Stanley, JP - Audio Visual Project Manager I was responsible for deploying and commissioning multimedia rooms across APAC. The rooms included Crestron video conference rooms, divisible multi-purpose and master control rooms.
  • 2019 - 2021 : Morgan Stanley, JP - Multimedia Support Lead I was responsible for the maintenance of multimedia-enabled rooms across APAC. The rooms were small huddle rooms, auditoriums, multi-purpose function and master control rooms.
  • 2013- 2019 : Pixel Inspiration, UK/JP - Head Engineer I monitored, managed, and quality assured the installation of bespoke Scala-based AV and IT solutions, in-person and remotely, from Japan.
  • 2010 - 2013 : Pro Audio Systems Ltd, UK - Audio Visual Technician I was responsible for designing, installing and supporting Digital Signage and music systems. Additional responsibilities included live event support content creation.

Awarded by CompTIA in May 2023. I know how to identify and address potential threats, attacks and vulnerabilities.

Awarded in December 2021 by Cisco Inc. This certification validates the skills required of associate-level cyber security analysts.

Awarded by ISC² in March 2023 proves to that I understand fundamental security principles and operations, network security and access controls

Awarded by the Linux Foundation in August 2023. I hold fundamental IT concepts including operating systems, software management, use of the command line and basic programming and networking functions.

Awarded by AWS in July 2023. A good starting point on the AWS Certification journey for individuals.

Awarded by the Avixa Independent Certication Committee in July 2019. ANSI-accredited to ISO 17024
